ICS SKILLS - Equalskills

Equalskills is a fun and informal introduction to computers and the Internet.  The aim is to make people feel comfortable using a computer and to teach them the skills necessary to communicate using the internet and email. 

ICS Skills - e-Citizen

e-CITIZEN is a computer skills programme for people who want to use the internet as a source of information, as well as to shop, bank, book holidays, pay bills and access goverment services.

  • Find out about news, consumer issues, health, employment etc.
