CTP CERTIFICATION
This is for experienced trainers who wish to obtain an internationally recognised qualification.
Initially, course materials focusing on excellence in training are provided for self-study. Then the qualification requirements are explored and explained at a three-day workshop, during which candidates make a twenty-minute training video. Following the workshop, the candidates document their understanding of training design and delivery in the Trainer’s Evidence Record, which is submitted to the tutor for assessment.

CTP DEVELOPMENT
The CTP development programme is for those with little or no prior teaching or training experience.  Candidates attend the CTP development course for one day each week for twelve weeks, and complete weekly course study and assignments.  Forty hours of IT training work experience must be completed in conjunction with the course at an approved ECDL centre.  The candidate then completes the Trainer’s Evidence Record to document and consolidate their skills.
