Equal Skills

Equalskills - is for anybody who wants to start from the beginning and learn some practical ways of using computers. It is aimed particularly at people who have missed out on the development of technology in recent times. It has been designed as a flexible learning programme that provides the ultimate introduction to basic computer skills.

Along with using the computer the learner is provided with a workbook.

This workbook is divided into four sections:

• Computer Basics
• Introduction to the Desktop
• The World Wide Web
• Email

Certification is not exam based - it is awarded on the basis of continuous assessment. When all sections in the workbook have been completed and checked a certificate will be sent to the centre for the learner.
